Discussion on 2026-03-19 about reorganizing `C:\Users\Jason\OneDrive - AccursedBinkie.com`. User said OneDrive is difficult to search and retrieve from. Existing PowerShell folder-creation script already created a category structure, but files have not been migrated yet. A broad filename-only inventory was run over OneDrive. Results showed approximately 162,841 files across 23,370 directories. Largest top-level buckets by file count were: Documents (57,531), Minecraft (33,801), Learning (15,782), Downloads (14,092), KODI (9,121), Games (7,098), Pictures (6,621), Crypto (5,983), Acid projects (4,649), and ROMS (3,251). Based on that inventory, a simpler retrieval-first structure was recommended instead of the existing document-centric layout. Proposed top-level structure: `00-Inbox`, `01-Active`, `02-Reference`, `03-Media`, `04-Systems-and-Data`, `05-Archive`. Rationale: separate active work, reference material, media, bulky system/data collections, and archives. Suggested migration strategy: phase 1 move loose root files into `00-Inbox`; phase 2 move active writing, career, homelab, coding, and AI material into `01-Active`; phase 3 move learning/manuals/reference into `02-Reference`; phase 4 move Minecraft, KODI, ROMS, Crypto, Games, installers, and similar collections into `04-Systems-and-Data`; phase 5 archive dead or obsolete material into `05-Archive`. User said they may refine the directory structure first and later asked for a task formatted per the AI task template to track the OneDrive cleanup. User then requested that the task be added to Vikunja Inbox and that this discussion be committed to memory. --- **2026-03-19 05:33:57 UTC | Created via MCP**
